Cream sugar and oil.
Add eggs and pumpkin or fruit of choice. Sift together dry ingredients.
Add dry ingredients along with water to cream mixture.
Grease and flour loaf pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
Let stand 10 minutes before removing from pan.
