Quick Pickled Peaches
Quick Pickled Peaches is an easy dinner. Made with 2 cans (1 lb. 14 oz. each) cling peach halves, 3/ c. firmly packed brown sugar, 1/2 c. cider vinegar, 3 sticks cinnamon and 1 tbsp. whole cloves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Drain syrup from peaches.
Reserve peach halves.
Combine syrup, sugar, vinegar, cinnamon and cloves.
Simmer 5 minutes. Pour over peach halves.
Chill.
Drain.
Pierce each peach half with one whole clove.
Yields about 16 peach halves.
