Quick Peanut Butter Fudge
Quick Peanut Butter Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. white sugar, 1 c. evaporated milk, 1 (12 oz.) jar chunk style peanut butter, 3 tbsp. butter and 1 c. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In an electric skillet, combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk.
Set heat at 280Β°.
Bring mixture to a boil.
Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Turn off heat.
Add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla.
Stir until blended well.
Pour into an 8-inch square pan.
Cut into pieces.
Makes 2 pounds.
