Quick Mexican Prize Dish
Quick Mexican Prize Dish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. bisquick baking mix, 1/4 c. water, 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans, 1 lb. hamburger, cooked and drained and 12 oz. jar thick taco salsa (medium or hot), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Heat oven to 375Β°.
Grease a 12-inch pie plate or square dish is fine.
Mix Bisquick, water and beans.
Spread in dish.
Layer remaining ingredients on bean mixture, hamburger, salsa and cheese (in that order).
Bake 30 minutes.
Top with sour cream, lettuce, black olives, onions and diced tomatoes. Delicious!
