Quick Italian Asparagus
Quick Italian Asparagus is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. cooked asparagus or 2 cans asparagus, 1 to 1 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded, 1/4 to 1/2 c. parmesan cheese and 1/2 c. almonds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Place the cooked or canned asparagus in a glass baking dish. Cover with Mozzarella cheese, then sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over that.
Top off with the almonds.
Warm in microwave until cheese is melted, 3 to 4 minutes (sometimes less time).
