Quick Ham Stroganoff
Quick Ham Stroganoff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. baked ham, cut in cubes, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 2 tbsp. margarine, 4 oz. sliced mushrooms and 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cook ham and onion in margarine until onion is tender.
Stir in mushrooms and soup.
Cook 5 minutes.
Just before serving, blend in sour cream.
Heat, but do not boil.
Serve on rice, eggbread or noodles.
It looks pretty to put chopped parsley in the rice.
Yields 5 servings.
