Quick Fruit Cobbler
Quick Fruit Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. water, 1 c. flour and 2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Margarine in baking dish and melt in oven.
Heat fruit, sugar and water saucepan until the sugar is dissolved. Bring flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and milk together in mixing bowl and stir until smooth. Remove baking dish from oven when the margarine has melted. Add flour mixture, then fruit mixture.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 375Β°. Crust will rise to the top and brown.
