Quick Enchiladas
Quick Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese, 8 oz. sour cream and 1 pkg. soft bread wraps, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown meat.
Drain.
Add taco seasoning.
Mix in separate dish the soup and sour cream.
Wrap meat in bread wraps.
Pour soup and sour cream mixture over top of enchiladas.
Sprinkle cheese over top.
Bake at 350Β° until hot (about 10 to 15 minutes) or until cheese is melted.
Top with lettuce, salsa, onions and olives.
