Quick Dessert(From Eater'S Choice) is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (no. 2) can unsweetened, crushed pineapple, juice and all, 1 (no. 303) can cherry pie filling (apple or peach is also good), 1 box white or yellow cake mix, 1/2 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans) and 1 1/2 sticks, melted margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Pour undrained pineapple into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add cherry pie filling.
Sprinkle cake mix over the top. Sprinkle nuts over the cake mix.
Pour melted margarine over the top.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 1 hour.
Cut into squares and serve with whipped topping or ice cream.
