Blend Bisquick and cream cheese; add milk.
Knead 10 times. Roll out on waxed paper in oval shape.
Spread jam down center. Bake at 425Β° for 12 minutes.
Make a glaze out of confectioners sugar and water and drizzle over the cake while warm.
