Quick Coffee Cake
Quick Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yellow cake mix, 1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix, 4 eggs, 3 tsp. cinnamon and 1/3 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Sprinkle 1/2 cup chopped nuts in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil well for batter.
Spread half of batter over nuts.
Mix cinnamon and sugar.
Save 2 teaspoons of this mix for topping.
Sprinkle the rest over batter. Add the rest of the batter.
Sprinkle with 1/4 cup nuts and cinnamon mixture.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
