Quick Coffee Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1 heaping tsp. baking powder, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 heaping tbsp. margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut margarine into flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
Add beaten egg with enough milk to make 2/3 cup.
Pour into greased pie tin.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Dot with butter and sprinkle on pecans.
Bake at 400Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
