Quick Coconut Cake
Quick Coconut Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow or white cake mix, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen coconut, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. milk and 1 carton whipped topping, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Bake cake as directed on package.
When cake is done, use fork and punch holes in top of cake.
Boil 2/3 frozen coconut, sugar and milk for approximately 1 minute.
Pour this mixture over cake. Cover and refrigerate until cool.
Frost with whipped topping and sprinkle with remaining coconut.
