Quick Cinnamon Rolls
Quick Cinnamon Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 cup warm water, 2 packages yeast, 2/3 cup warm milk, 4 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Soak yeast in warm water.
Pour milk over sugar and salt. Add yeast stir in shortening, eggs and 2 cups flour.
Cover.
Let rise 15 minutes.
Stir in rest of flour.
Knead lightly.
Divide dough in half.
Roll out on flour surface into a thin circle. Spread dough with softened butter, brown sugar, nuts, raisins and cinnamon.
Roll up and slice about 1 inch thick.
Let rise 20 minutes in pans.
Bake at 425Β°.
15-18 minutes.
Frost with icing made with butter, milk and powdered sugar.
