Quick Chocolate Fudge Cake

Sift flour, soda and sugar into large bowl.
Combine water, cocoa and margarine in saucepan; mix well.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Pour over flour mixture; mix well.
Add cinnamon, eggs, buttermilk and vanilla; beat until smooth.
Pour into greased 11 x 16-inch pan.
Bake at 400Β° for 20 to 25 minutes or until cake tests done.
Cool for 5 minutes.
Spread frosting over cake.
