Quick Chicken Pie
Quick Chicken Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 2/3 c. frozen or fresh mixed veggies, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup (undiluted), 1 c. cubed cooked chicken, 1 egg, beaten and 1 c. biscuit mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a bowl, combine vegetables, soup and chicken.
Transfer to an ungreased 9-inch pie plate.
In another bowl, combine egg, milk and biscuit mix just until moistened.
Pour over chicken mixture.
Bake at 400Β° for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 6 servings.
