Quick Chicken Casserole
Quick Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) can boned chicken (about 1 c.), 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 c. diced celery, 2 tsp. minced onion and 1/2 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Drain and dice chicken, reserving the broth.
Combine the chicken, broth, soup, celery, onion, pecans, salt, pepper, lemon juice, mayonnaise and eggs.
Spoon into 1-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with potato chips. Bake at 450Β° for 15 minutes or until lightly brown.
