Quick Butter Coffeecake
Quick Butter Coffeecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. flour, 1/2 c. sugar, divided, 2 tsp. double-acting baking powder, 1 c. whole milk and 1/2 c. whipped butter, melted and divided, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Spray a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan with nonstick spray; set aside.
In a large bowl, combine flour, 1/3 cup sugar and the baking powder; set aside.
Using a wire whisk, in a small bowl, beat together the milk, 1/3 cup melted butter, egg and vanilla.
Pour into flour mixture.
Beat with electric mixer until smooth.
Pour into prepared pan and brush with remaining butter.
