Sift white flour; measure and sift with salt and baking powder. Add graham or whole wheat flour. Combine sugar, water, molasses and milk. Add dry ingredients, nuts and raisins. Mix thoroughly. Pour into well oiled baking pans.
Bake in moderate oven (375Β°) for 1 hour. Makes 2 small loaves.
