Quick Borsch is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can beets (2 1/2 c.), 1 can consomme, 1 can cream of celery soup, 1 tsp. horseradish and 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place beets and half the beet liquid in blender.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Chill at least 3 hours.
