Quick Bean Soup
Quick Bean Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans lucks navy beans or great northern, 1 c. chicken broth, 1 tbsp. ketchup, 2 c. water and 1 small onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
In a 2-quart pot (or larger), add oil, onion and celery.
Cook until tender.
Add carrot, potato, salt, pepper, chicken broth, water and ketchup; cook until tender.
Pour 1 can of the beans in a blender or mash.
Pour all the beans into the pot with other ingredients.
Stir well.
Add more liquid, if needed.
Makes 4 servings.
