Quick Apple Pie
Quick Apple Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 2 cans pie apples, 1 stick margarine, melted, 1 c. sugar, 1 egg, beaten and 6 slices loaf bread, trimmed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Put apples in glass oblong baking dish.
Mix margarine, sugar and egg together.
Set aside.
Lay trimmed loaf bread over top of apples.
Take the mixture you set aside and spread over top of bread.
Bake in oven at 350Β° until golden brown, about 30 minutes. Serves 8. Best when served hot with ice cream.
