Quick Apple Dumplings
Quick Apple Dumplings is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cooking apples, 1 (8 count) can crescent rolls, 1/8 tsp. cinnamon, 1 stick oleo and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Peel apples and cut in quarters.
Separate rolls and wrap 1 piece of apple in each roll (start at large end).
Mix oleo, sugar and orange juice in saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Add vanilla. Place dumplings in 8-inch pan (square).
Pour sauce over apple dumplings and bake in preheated oven at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until brown.
Serves 8.
