Heat oven to 375°.
Spray 8-inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In medium bowl, beat margarine and sugar until well blended.
Add egg; beat well.
Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, allspice and milk; beat just until moistened.
Stir in apple. Spread batter evenly in spray-coated pan.
Sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool slightly.
Serve warm cake squares with Light Caramel Sauce.
