Quick And Moist Bread is an easy dinner. Made with 5 c. self-rising flour, 5 tbsp. sugar, 1 1/2 c. (12 oz.) sour cream, 1 (12 oz.) can beer and melted margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In a large bowl combine flour and sugar.
Add the sour cream and beer alternately; mix well.
Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
I divide mine into 2 loaves. Bake for 45 minutes; brush top with butter.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes more.
Let cool slightly.
Serve warm, cool or sliced and toasted.
