Quick and Easy Fudge
Quick And Easy Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. butter, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 can evaporated milk and 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Combine sugar, butter, salt and milk in 2 or 3-quart saucepan. Bring mixture to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Add marshmallows, chocolate, vanilla and pecans.
Stir vigorously or beat with a spoon until marshmallows and chocolate are melted and mixture is smoothly blended.
Pour into buttered pan. Cool and cut into squares.
Yields 2 pounds.
