Quiche Provencale
Quiche Provencale is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (10-inch) baked pie shell, 1 medium onion, sliced, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper, 1/2 c. mushrooms and 1 tbsp. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a skillet over medium heat, saute onion, green pepper and mushrooms in oil.
Cook spinach by directions on package; drain well.
Beat together eggs, flour and milk until well blended.
Add vegetables, garlic salt, basil and pepper.
Spread bacon and grated cheese over pie shell in pan.
Pour other ingredients over cheese and bacon.
Bake in preheated 375Β° oven until knife inserted near center comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
