Quiche Lorraine

Made with 1 lb. jimmy dean sausage, more if desired, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 3 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 12 eggs, beaten and 2/3 c. whipping cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown sausage and drain.
Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Sprinkle 1/2 sausage over margarine and 1/2 grated cheese.
Beat eggs and cream together.
Pour over mixture. Top with remaining sausage, then cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until set.
