Quiche Lorraine

👨🍳 Instructions
Mix milk, eggs, salt and pepper together.
Crumble fried bacon in the bottom of a pie shell.
Sprinkle on all of cheese.
Pour milk mixture over this.
Bake 15 minutes at 450°. Reduce heat to 300° for 30 minutes more, until puffed and brown.
