Prepare pie shell.
Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pastry.
Blend eggs slightly.
Beat in remaining ingredients. Pour egg mixture into pie pan.
Cook, uncovered, at 425° for 15 minutes.
Reduce to 300° and cook until knife inserted in center comes out clean (about 30 minutes).
Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
