Quesadillas
Quesadillas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 flour tortillas, divided, 1 can pitted olives drained, 1 c shredded monterey jack cheese, 1/3 c picante sauce or salsa and 1/4 c loosely packed cilantro, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place tortillas on flat baking pan.
Chop olives, combine olives, cheese, picante sauce, snip cilantro and add to cheese mixture.
Evenly spread 1/4 cup mixture over a tortilla pressing down firmly.
