Puttin' On The Ritz is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box chopped dates, 1 can eagle brand milk, 2 small pkg. pecans, 1 pkg. ritz crackers and 1 tub cream cheese icing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Set aside enough pecans to sprinkle tops of crackers.
Mix dates, milk, and pecans.
Cook over medium heat until mixture starts thickening and dates are cooked.
Spread on Ritz crackers. Bake on 350 degrees for a few minutes.
Spread with cream cheese icing.
Top with pecans.
