Putpoluk Flat Bread is an easy dinner. Made with 5 c. flour, 3 tbsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. salt, 2 pkg. yeast and 1 1/2 c. warm water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix dry ingredients; dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water and add to flour with rest of water.
Mix and knead.
Raise to double. Roll about 13 x 17-inches (large cookie sheet).
Raise to double. Prick all over with fork before baking.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
Take from oven and brush with oleo.
