Purple Jello Salad
Purple Jello Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium can crushed pineapple, 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello, 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, 1 (8 oz.) container cool whip and 2 stalks celery, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Grind cranberries and whole orange.
Add sugar and set aside. Heat pineapple and juice to boiling; add dry jello, stir until dissolved.
Cool a little and add cream cheese.
Stir until it melts.
Add cranberry mixture, celery, nuts and Cool Whip.
Stir until well blended.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Chill well.
