In a large pot, melt together margarine, peanut butter and chocolate chips over a low heat.
Stir in cereal until coated. Put sugar in a gallon sized Ziploc bag or a large container with a tight fitting lid.
Add cereal mixture; close tightly and shake gently to coat.
Store in airtight container.
