Punch Pie

In a bowl, beat egg whites stiff.
Add sugar gradually.
Add vanilla.
In another bowl, crush graham crackers; add baking powder and pecans.
Mix the dry ingredients with the stiff egg whites. Bake in a greased 9-inch pie pan for 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Cover with whipped cream and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
