Punch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 regular box lemon jello, 1 qt. boiling water, 2 1/2 c. sugar, 1 qt. cold water and 1 large can unsweetened pineapple juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Dissolve jello and sugar in hot water.
Add cold water, pineapple juice and lemon juice.
Freeze in gallon milk jug or other container.
Remove freezer about 4 hours before serving ginger ale.
Only let it thaw partially.
Break it up with a fork and serve as an icy slush. It is wonderful!
