Pumpkin Torte
Pumpkin Torte is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 full wafer graham crackers, 1/2 c. butter, melted, 1/3 c. sugar, 2 eggs, beaten and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Beat 2 beaten eggs, sugar and cream cheese together and pour over crust.
Bake 20 minutes in 350Β° oven.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Cook until thick.
Remove from heat.
Add 1 envelope unflavored gelatin which has been dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water. Cool.
Beat 3 egg whites, add 1/4 cup sugar.
Beat again.
Fold into cooled pumpkin mixture.
Pour over cooled crust and chill for 1 hour.
Great with Cool Whip.
