Pumpkin Swirl Bread
Pumpkin Swirl Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 egg, beaten, 1 3/4 c. flour and 1 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream the first 3 ingredients and set aside.
Combine the next 5 ingredients.
Mix the rest of the ingredients with dry ingredients just until moistened.
Reserve 2 cups pumpkin batter. Pour rest into greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Pour cream cheese mixture over pumpkin batter in loaf pan and top off with reserved pumpkin batter.
Cut through batter with knife several times for swirl effect.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clear.
Cool 5 minutes and then remove from pan.
