Pumpkin Supreme
Pumpkin Supreme is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1 3/4 c. sugar, divided, 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine, 2 eggs, beaten and 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine crumbs, 1 cup sugar and melted butter.
Mix well and press into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Set aside.
Combine cheese, eggs and 3/4 cup sugar.
Pour over crumbs and bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Prepare pudding mix with milk; beat well. Prepare whipped topping.
Combine pumpkin, spices and 1 cup topping.
Spread on cooled crust and cheese.
Add remainder of topping and sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
