Pumpkin Roll
Pumpkin Roll is an impressive dinner. Made with 3/4 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 2 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp. ginger and 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Beat 3 eggs on high speed 5 minutes.
Add sugar, pumpkin and lemon juice and stir.
Sift together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt.
Fold into pumpkin mixture. Spread in a greased paper lined cookie sheet.
Top with 1 cup walnuts.
Bake 15 minutes at 375Β°.
Turn out on sugared towel. Roll and cool.
Make filing of powdered sugar, cheese, butter and vanilla and spread over cooled, unrolled cake and roll again. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
