Pumpkin Roll

Mix all ingredients together.
Butter a jelly roll pan or cookie sheet with edges and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Pour batter in and spread thinly. Bake 10 minutes at 375Β°.
Treat as a jelly roll.
Roll up in wax paper until cool.
Unroll and fill with the filling.
Roll up again. Freeze until ready to use.
