Pumpkin Roll

Beat eggs on high for 5 minutes.
Then stir in sugar.
Combine spices in pumpkin and fold in along with flour to first mixture. Spread onto a well-greased jelly roll sheet (15 x 10 x 1-inch). Top with one cup finely chopped walnuts.
Bake at 375Β° for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Turn out onto towel. Roll up.
When cool, unroll and fill.
