Pumpkin Ring
Pumpkin Ring is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. bisquick (original or low-fat), 1 c. sugar (granulated), 1 c. brown sugar, packed, 1/4 c. margarine or butter and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Grease and flour 12-cup Bundt pan or angel food pan (10 x 4-inch).
Beat all ingredients, except Glaze, on low speed for 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly.
Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes. Scrape bowl occasionally.
Spread in pan.
Bake about 1 hour.
Cool about 10 minutes.
Remove from pan and cool.
Drizzle with Glaze.
