Preheat oven
Grease and flour 3 loaf pans. Combine oil, water and pumpkin.
Together into mixing bowl, flour, salt, nutmeg, baking powder, cinnamon and sugar.
Make a well in the center and add the pumpkin mixture and blend in the dry ingredients until mixture is moist.
Stir in raisins and nuts. Turn in baking pans and bake for 1 hour at 350Β°.
