Pumpkin Pudding Cake
Pumpkin Pudding Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can pumpkin, 1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk, 1 c. sugar, 3 eggs and 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Blend 1/2 cup oleo with 1 yellow cake mix until crumbly; sprinkle over pumpkin mix.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Serve with Cool Whip or for different flavor, add 1/4 cup mayonnaise to Cool Whip.
This give a cream cheese-like taste.
