Pumpkin Pudding
Pumpkin Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, 1 small can pumpkin, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. salt and 2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix all ingredients together through the evaporated milk. Pour into 9 x 13 inch plan.
Mix 1 yellow cake mix and one cube margarine together so it is crumbly.
Sprinkle over pumpkin mixture.
Then sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours or until knife comes out clean.
Top with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
Very moist.
Serves 15.
