Pumpkin Pie Cake
Pumpkin Pie Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix (keep 1 c. dry for topping), 1 stick melted oleo (1/2 c.), 1 egg, 1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix the first 3 ingredients with fork and spread in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
For filling, combine pumpkin, eggs, sugars, cinnamon and milk.
Mix well and spread over first layer.
Third layer is dry cake mix, stick of oleo, 1/4 cup sugar and nuts.
Mix and crumble on top of cake.
Bake at 350Β° for 55 minutes.
