Pumpkin Pie
Pumpkin Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell, 2 tbsp. flour, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, 1 c. cooked pumpkin and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Mix the sugar, flour, salt and spices together and stir into pumpkin.
Add diluted Milnot and eggs.
Add nuts at this point if you are using them.
Pour into pie shell and bake at 450° for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350° and continue baking for another 20 to 25 minutes or until filling is firm.
Garnish with whipped Milnot topping.
