Pumpkin Pie
Pumpkin Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin, 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed and 1 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Beat eggs slightly in large bowl.
Stir in pumpkin, both sugars, all spices and evaporated milk.
Mix well.
Pour into prepared pie shell.
Bake in hot 425° oven for 15 minutes.
